In order to create conditions for the development of creative potential and self-realization of young teachers, an active professional attitude to the improvement of the education system, the identification and dissemination of pedagogical experience of mentoring Nadopta Olesya Vladimirovna, a teacher–researcher of the English language and a young English teacher Tulegenova Alina Maratovna took part in the competition of young teachers and their mentors "Pedagogical Duo - 2023" and they took the prize-winning second place. The competition included two tests: a business card of the pedagogical duo "We are a team" and a presentation of the training session. Our teachers demonstrated the relevance, novelty and originality, style and logic of presentation, realism, the results of testing the mentor's experience, clarity, conciseness, emotionality, degree of co-authorship. We wish our colleagues further success in their work.
